01 Acceptance of Terms

at wwwbingo.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by
these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all members, visitors, and users
of the platform, regardless of how they access it.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the

or amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility
To open an account and bet on WWW Bingo, you must meet the following
eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age – the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines.

- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of WWW Bingo or its partners.

03 Account Registration
Each person may register only one account on WWW Bingo.
Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited – this includes using different

your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address.

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

05 Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus terms that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

- Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more.
- Member request for account closure or self-exclusion.
In the event of account closure due to a breach, any bonuses or bonus-derived winnings will
be forfeited. Real money balances not implicated in any breach may be returned to you
following investigation, subject to applicable verification and withdrawal procedures.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting
WWW Bingo customer support. Any outstanding real-money balance will be processed
as a withdrawal to your registered payment method.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, WWW Bingo shall not be
liable for:
- Losses arising from your betting decisions or outcomes.
- Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside our reasonable control.
- Loss of opportunity or indirect/consequential financial losses arising from your use of the platform.
- Actions taken by third-party payment providers during deposit or withdrawal processing.

or matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
